Update on my mom....

friday night was the brain scan, everything came back with no signs of anything at all that they could tell, well ended up saturday night, dad took mom back to abingdon to the hospital, basically when she got there, she was legally blind, dad led her into the E.R., they got ahold of the Dr, he came in, and they decided to keep her.....ended up she was in ICU, on liquid steroids (for the swelling of the optic nerves behind the eyes), dad called this morning (i have been staying at home, working, etc.) and said the dr. came in this morning, and the Dr. said she was doing Excellent!, she can almost fully see out of her left eye, and it's coming along in her right....dad bought her daisy's, and she told him what each color was, she was writing down some notes (for him to call and tell the girl at work), and watching TV.....

things are looking better!!

she still has to go to a Dr. down in Winston Salem in a week or so, so he can look her over

i can't express how much i thank each of you that have kept, her and my family in your prayers! thanks alot!

yep things are getting better instead of worse.....which is very good.......still a waiting process they cant gurantee that she'll get full eyesight back, but 90% of it....

That sure is better than what you first thought. Just keep the faith and the Lord will provide.

Same as what Jason said. God can do anything but fail. Keep praying and keep the hope and faith.

dad just came home....said the Dr. said she could be back to work as early as Tuesday.... were headed to winston salem, sunday, dr's appt. monday at wake forest, and if he okay's she'll be back in work
